What is the recommended consumption amount?

1 bottle a day, preferable on empty stomach, first thing in the morning, 1 hour before first meal of the day.

How many ml in a bottle?

Each bottle is 100ml and contains 15,000mg of collagen.

What is the storage method?

There is 2 recommended storage method.

1. Store inside refrigerator. The collagen will become jelly form.

2. Store in room temperature but away from direct sunlight. Collagen form is drink.

Each bottle has shelf life of 3 months.
